Shipping policy

Standard Shipping is approximately 3–7 business days via USPS mail. Estimated arrival dates are for domestic orders placed today. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Looking for in-store pick up options?  Please reach out at info@ironcityboulders.com and we will assist you. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@ironcityboulders.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return or exchange questions at info@ironcityboulders.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are happy to work with you to get the exact item you would prefer, just contact info@ironcityboulders.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Cookies. When you visit or use our sites we send one or more “cookies” to your computer or other device using third-party vendors Facebook and Google. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that site to recognize your browser. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Pixel Tags. We use “pixel tags” from Facebook and Google, which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our websites. A pixel tag can collect information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the tag appears; the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears; the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed; the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag; and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server. When corresponding with you via HTML capable email, we may use “format sensing” technology, which allows pixel tags to let us know whether you received and opened our email.

How we use your information

Analytics and user research. We collect information from our users to better understand our audience and improve your experience. It helps us understand who interacts with what parts of our website, how much time they spend there, and if they are able to complete the task they start. After we gather information, we use it to improve your experience on and off our website.

Advertising. In line with our commitment to enhancing user experience and keeping you informed about our latest offerings, we want to make you aware that the data collected during your interactions with our website may be used for marketing purposes. This may involve delivering personalized content, promotional materials, and updates about our products or services. We want to assure you that we handle your data with the utmost care and prioritize its security. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. If you have any inquiries about the use of your data or wish to exercise your rights under data protection regulations, please refer to our privacy policy or reach out to our dedicated support team.
